Learn. Create. Gather.
Hands-on experiences that bring people together through creativity, connection and shared moments.

The Heart Of It
I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and cultivating authentic community through shared experiences. I love teaching new skills in a fun, relaxed, and collaborative way, offering participants hands-on, immersive experiences that inspire confidence and creativity.
At the heart of what I do is gathering people around a table to share a meal, a snack, or a drink, and to listen to one another’s stories. In a world increasingly shaped by online interaction, I am committed to creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, connect face-to-face, and experience the joy of genuine community.
The Experience
More than a baking class

From the moment you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and invited to settle in with a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy freshly toasted sourdough crumpets served with organic butter and jam as you begin your day in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The workshop will commence promptly at 9:00am and conclude no later than 2:00pm.
Throughout the day, you will learn to create your own sourdough dough from scratch using hands-on techniques and an interactive teaching style that engages all your senses. With guidance and encouragement, you will mix, shape, and nurture your dough with confidence.
Once your dough has been through its final shaping, it will be ready to take home and rest in the fridge overnight, allowing the fermentation process to continue developing its beautiful flavour. Your loaf will then be ready to bake and enjoy the following day.
In addition to making your own dough, you will enjoy demonstrations of other delicious sourdough creations, including sourdough crackers and cinnamon scrolls.
A thoughtfully curated grazing platter will be served for lunch, followed by freshly baked cinnamon scrolls topped with cream cheese frosting for dessert.
This workshop is more than just a baking class — it is a memorable day of learning, creating, and gathering. You will leave not only with a valuable new skill, but also with the confidence to bless yourself and others through the joy of homemade sourdough.
